01Who this covers
These rules apply to everyone on ClubDojo — club owners, admins, and members — and to clubs as organizations. They are part of our Terms of Service; breaking them can lead to the enforcement steps described below.
02The basics
- Use ClubDojo only for lawful purposes.
- No harassment, threats, or hateful conduct toward other members — in posts, announcements, photos, or anywhere else on the platform.
- Only upload content you have the right to share. No sexually explicit or gratuitously violent material in club spaces.
- Don't impersonate another person, club, or ClubDojo itself.
03Bookings and fair play
Clubs set booking policies — advance windows, durations, caps on held bookings, rolling play quotas — and ClubDojo enforces them for every account, including club admins and owners. Don't work around them:
- Reservations are personal: book a court to play on it yourself. Don't book on another member's behalf, or hold slots for someone whose own limits are used up.
- Don't use a second account, someone else's account, or admin tools to dodge a booking limit. Admins reserving courts for genuine club business — maintenance, lessons, events — should use court blocks and schedules, which exist for exactly that.
- If you can't make a booking, cancel it so the slot opens up for someone else.
04Club email and announcements
ClubDojo lets clubs post announcements and email their members — including mass email to the whole roster, a box league's participants, or an event's registrants. These tools are for club business:
- No spam, and no marketing unrelated to the club's activities.
- Don't use them to promote third-party products or services without a genuine club connection.
- Don't harvest member email addresses from the roster.
05Member data (for admins)
Club admins and owners can see roster information — names, contact details, membership status. That access comes with obligations:
- Use member information only to run your club — scheduling, communication, membership administration.
- Don't export, sell, or share member data outside club operations, and don't use it for personal purposes unrelated to the club.
06Payments integrity
- No fraudulent payments, card testing, or charging members for things they didn't agree to.
- Clubs must accurately describe what a plan, reservation, event, or program includes before charging for it.
- Don't attempt to bypass or manipulate ClubDojo's checkout and provisioning flows.
07Platform integrity
- No unauthorized access attempts, probing, or circumventing authentication or bot protection.
- No malware, and no scraping the service or its data.
- Don't interfere with the service's operation — including flooding it with automated traffic or disrupting its real-time infrastructure.
08Enforcement and reporting
Depending on severity, we may remove content, restrict features, suspend or permanently ban accounts, or terminate a club's access. We aim to act proportionally — most issues start with a conversation.
