What we sell
A monthly or annual SaaS subscription.
ClubDojo is a software-as-a-service product for racket sports clubs. Clubs subscribe to Starter, Growth, or Pro and pay monthly or annually. We do not sell physical goods. Clubs use ClubDojo to manage their own members, bookable resources, programs, socials, and competitions.

- Racket-sport clubs and active communities — typically organizations with 50 to 1,000 members and shared bookable resources.
- Charge model
- Recurring monthly or annual subscription, billed via Polar. Clubs can cancel at any time.
- What members pay
- When a club charges, members can pay through ClubDojo for membership dues, reservations, programs, and event registrations. Clubs can also include any of these at no charge. Paid funds settle directly to the club's connected Stripe account.

ClubDojo never stores card data. Polar handles SaaS billing; Stripe Connect handles member-to-club payments.
FAQ
Questions clubs ask.
Which sports does ClubDojo support?
Tennis, pickleball, squash, badminton, and padel are built in, along with a curated catalog for activities and spaces such as bocce, table tennis, swimming, and clubhouse rooms. If yours is not listed, add a custom activity with its own name, units, and reservation setup.
How do payments work?
Clubs can collect eligible member payments online through Stripe Connect or record payments collected directly by the club. Direct payments and club credit stay in that club's ledger; ClubDojo does not hold that money. Free offerings need no payment provider. Your club's ClubDojo subscription is billed separately through Polar. ClubDojo does not store full card numbers or security codes.
How is account security handled?
Sign-in supports email and password plus Google and Apple SSO. From your account page you can add two-factor authentication — 6-digit authenticator codes with one-time backup codes — and passkeys, so you can sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, or a security key. Sessions expire automatically, and passwords are never stored in plaintext.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new club gets a 30-day free trial. It starts when the first ordinary member joins or the first membership plan activates for a participant, including an owner or admin. If you subscribe before that, the trial starts when you complete checkout. Choosing a plan during your trial preserves the remaining time, rounded up to whole days. Checkout shows the billing date and recurring price before you confirm.
Can I subscribe monthly or annually?
Both. Annual billing gives you two months free vs. paying monthly. You can switch plans or billing frequency at any time through the billing portal in settings.
Are there member limits?
Yes — Starter is up to 100 members and 6 bookable resources, Growth is up to 300 members and 15 resources, and Pro has unlimited members and bookable resources. You can upgrade at any time without losing data.
Can my club start during early access?
Yes. ClubDojo is in active development and we're onboarding clubs during early access. We'll help you bring over your roster and set up your courts or other bookable resources, programs, and box leagues.
Do you charge per member or per booking?
No. Plans are flat. Reservations, socials, programs, box leagues, and email are all unlimited on every plan.
What happens if I cancel?
The person paying for the club can stop renewal through Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Canceling renewal normally keeps access through the current paid period and does not itself delete the club. Retention is governed by our privacy policy; cancellation is not a promise to store inactive club data indefinitely. Leaving a club or deleting an account is a separate action.
Do you offer refunds?
Contact us within 30 days after your club’s first paid ClubDojo subscription charge and we’ll refund that first charge. The full details are in our refund policy.
