Prelaunch preview — not yet in effect.

ClubDojo’s operating company has not yet been formed. These documents are available for review; acknowledging this preview does not accept a final contract. Before commercial launch we must publish the formed operator’s identity and postal address, complete the operational and legal review, and issue a new effective version. See the launch status.

01Where to report a concern

Send copyright and content reports to [email protected]. Include a link or enough detail to identify the content and the club, explain your concern and tell us how to contact you. Do not send account passwords or obtain private material through unauthorized access.

This is a support reporting contact. ClubDojo does not claim in this preview to have registered a designated DMCA agent. Before relying on the relevant US safe harbor, the formed operator must complete registration and publish the verified agent name, postal address and contact details. An LLC registered agent is a different role.

This procedure supplements the Acceptable Use Policy. It does not restrict your ability to contact a regulator, law enforcement or a court. Contact emergency services for an immediate threat to safety.

02Information for a copyright notice

If you are the owner of a copyright or authorized to act for the owner, provide:

  • Your physical or electronic signature and your authority to act.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
  • Identification and location of the material you want reviewed, with enough detail for us to find it.
  • Your name and usable contact information, including an email address and appropriate address and phone details.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the complained-of use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner of the allegedly infringed exclusive right.

Consider permissions and applicable exceptions before making a claim. Knowingly misrepresenting infringement or a mistaken removal can have legal consequences. We may ask for missing information, restrict access where appropriate, preserve relevant records and notify the affected account holder. A complaint alone is not a conclusive finding of infringement.

03If your content was removed

Contact support with the content reference, the removal notice and your explanation if you believe the action was mistaken. We will review relevant information and explain available next steps. Other policy violations or lawful restrictions can prevent restoration even if a copyright issue is resolved.

Where the US statutory counter-notice process applies, a valid counter-notice generally identifies the removed material and its former location, includes your signature and contact details, states under penalty of perjury your good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and includes the required consent to federal court jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the claimant or its agent. Contact us for the applicable procedure before submitting; an informal appeal is not automatically a statutory counter-notice.

A qualifying counter-notice may be shared with the claimant, including required identifying information. Where the statutory process applies, restoration follows its conditions and timing, including any notice of a court action. We do not promise automatic restoration or apply US procedures indiscriminately to Canadian notices.

04Repeated violations and other reports

We may restrict or terminate appropriate accounts for repeated infringement, taking account of reliable notices, responses, reversals and applicable law. We may also act on a serious individual violation. We keep limited records needed to handle reports, disputes and legal obligations under the Privacy Policy.

For a trademark, privacy, impersonation, harassment or other concern, identify the right or rule involved and the affected content. Use this reporting route without falsely describing every dispute as copyright infringement. We will assess the report under the relevant law and platform rules.
